Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.

Detailed description of goods and/or services

The Safyre Smooth is a business in the Beauty industry that provides beauty services specialising in laser hair removal, Microskin specialised facials and MicroSkin products.

  • DURATION OF TREATMENTS

Treatment duration stated on price lists include preparation and recovery times. Examples of preparation and recovery times for Clients to undress before treatments and get dressed after treatment.

  • Gift Vouchers

Gift voucher(s) are available for 6 months, unless specified differently on the gift voucher(s). Gift voucher(s) cannot be redeemed for cash.  All gift voucher(s) will not be replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed. It is the responsibility of the Client to produce the voucher before invoicing is done. No discounts will be applied retrospectively. Only one gift voucher may be used per treatment and cannot be accumulated to multiple vouchers to be used at the same time.

Gift vouchers only apply to services and not products.It is the responsibility of the Client to produce the gift card before invoicing is done. No discount vouchers may be applied to the the gift voucher. No credit balance will be given as change; the remaining balance of a gift card(s) after a transaction has been made can be used towards the next treatment and/or product.

  • Social Media Competition

Competition opens and closes on stipulated date. Competition is open to the whole public.  By entering the competition, all participants accept and agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. To enter a competition, follow the instructions on the post. Winner will be chosen randomly off either on Facebook or Instagram. Only one winner may be chosen, out of the two social media platforms will be selected for the final prize draw.  Competitions in the near future will only apply to South African Citizens.

The prize is not transferable, and by all means may not be exchanged for cash nor does it apply to certain services and promotions that are already discounted. Once the decision has been made, it is strictly finalised by Safyre Smooth. If the winner does not email their details one day after the competitions closes, the prize will be forfeited to a runner-up.

The winner may be required to take part in publicity and participation in the competition is conditional upon agreement to take part in such publicity. Participants will not be entitled to any payment or other remuneration for any such publicity or otherwise. Should prevailing circumstance or stock shortages prevent prize fulfillment; Safyre Smooth reserves the right to substitute the prize with any other prize of comparable commercial value. All and any materials, including publicity materials, will be the sole property of Safyre Smooth

Safyre Smooth reserves the right to terminate, temporarily suspend or amend this promotion in the event of any unforeseen circumstances outside their reasonable control or technical or other difficulties that might compromise its integrity. Neither Safyre Smooth nor their respective advertising, media and PR agencies, nor their trading partners shall be liable in any way whatsoever for any loss, damage or costs, howsoever arising, suffered by an entrant of this prize draw and/or participant in the prize offered.

Under no circumstances shall Safyre Smooth be liable to anyone who enters this competition for any indirect or consequential loss, howsoever arising, which may be suffered in relation to the competition, whether as a result of any negligent act or omission or any default on the part of Safyre Smooth or otherwise.  The laws of South Africa govern these terms and conditions and participants agree to be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts. Monthly Mailers / Promotions

All monthly mailers / promotions sent by email, WhatsApp or on social media (Facebook and Instagram) are valid for one month only unless specified otherwise.

Return and Refunds policy

The provision of goods and services by Safyre Smooth is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, The Safyre Smooth will refund the client in full within 30 days.

Gift card(s) purchased for any value cannot be refunded in any tender form; it must be used within 6 months after purchase. No credit balance will be given as change; the remaining balance of a gift voucher(s) after a transaction has been made can be used towards the next treatment and/or product.

For the refund to be processed, an admin fee will be deducted off the value paid. 

All gift voucher(s) will not be replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed.

In the case of the gift voucher being lost, stolen or destroyed; proof of identification will have to be provided to trace the gift voucher and if credentials do not correspond, a new voucher will have to be issued and paid upfront.

Bookings made, client(s) will not be allowed to exchange the booking for treatment or product voucher(s) to be used at a different future date if the 24 hour notice period requirement has not been adhered to. It also applies to promotional discounted treatment(s) made; client(s) will not be allowed to exchange nor add to the booking for treatment or product voucher(s) to be used at a different future date if the 24 hour notice period requirement has not been adhered to.  The payment will then be applied as a cancellation fee of 50%.

All treatment bookings made that are not cancelled before 24 hours and/or missed will attract a 50% non-refundable booking fee at the time of scheduling the appointment. This amount will be deducted from the total owed on the day of the appointment.

24 hours prior notice must be given for cancellations of all salon treatment appointments unless rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances, or a cancellation fee may apply. 

Please feel free to pop a message via Safyre Smooth WhatsApp – 0795851868 or via email info@safyresmooth.com after hours to cancel and/ or reschedule your appointment in advance.  Do not wait up until the salon is open, this gives other people a chance to book in their treatment sessions.  Thank you for understanding.  We reserve the right to charge for any appointments that are missed without notice.

It is under the client(s) prerogative to cancel any future appointments with Safyre Smooth within a 24 hour notice period, and will not lay any claim against Safyre Smooth for past treatments provided.

Customer Privacy policy

The Safyre Smooth shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, “personal information” shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). Payment options accepted

Payment may be made via Visa or Master Card credit cards, via payfast online the website or via bank transfer into the Safyre Smooth bank account.  

Merchant Outlet country and transaction currency

The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR)

Responsibility

Safyre Smooth takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of gift vouchers sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.

Country of domicile

This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and Safyre Smooth chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature.

Variation

Safyre Smooth may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.

Understanding Treatment Procedure

Client(s) fully understand the procedure(s) as well as all other terms and conditions associated with any treatment procedure(s) being done by Safyre Smooth and accept this / these procedure(s) with full risk and understanding. 

Client(s) will take full responsibility for the outcome of their procedure and will not make any claim against SAFYRE SMOOTH.  

Client(s) understanding that changes in medication that might cause any hormonal or other health related imbalances might affect hair regrowth.  Missed scheduled appointments not exceeding between 3- 6 week intervals can also affect hair regrowth.  Client(s) accept responsibility for this and will not hold Safyre Smooth responsible.

Bookings made, client(s) will not be allowed to exchange the booking for treatment or product voucher(s) to be used at a different future date if the 24 hour notice period requirement has not been adhered to. It also applies to promotional discounted treatment(s) made; client(s) will not be allowed to exchange nor add to the booking for treatment or product voucher(s) to be used at a different future date if the 24 hour notice period requirement has not been adhered to.  The payment will then be applied as a cancellation fee of 25%.

All treatment bookings made that are not cancelled before 24 hours and/or missed will attract a 25% non-refundable booking fee at the time of scheduling the appointment. This amount will be deducted from the total owed on the day of the appointment.

24 hours prior notice must be given for cancellations of all salon treatment appointments unless rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances, or a cancellation fee may apply.

Detailed description of goods and/or services

The Safyre Smooth is a business in the Beauty industry that provides beauty services specialising in laser hair removal, Microskin specialised facials and MicroSkin products.

  • DURATION OF TREATMENTS

Treatment duration stated on price lists include preparation and recovery times. Examples of preparation and recovery times for Clients to undress before treatments and get dressed after treatment.

  • Goodie Gift Vouchers

Gift voucher(s) are available for 6 months, unless specified differently on the goodie gift voucher(s). Gift voucher(s) cannot be redeemed for cash.  All gift voucher(s) will not be replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed. It is the responsibility of the Client to produce the voucher before invoicing is done. No discounts will be applied retrospectively. Only one gift voucher may be used per treatment and cannot be accumulated to multiple vouchers to be used at the same time. No gift voucher(s) may be used on top of a promotional treatment service and/or promotional package service, as it is already discounted. Gift vouchers only apply to services and not products.

Gift card

Gift card(s) are available for 6 months after purchase, unless specified differently on the gift card(s). It is the responsibility of the Client to produce the gift card before invoicing is done. No discount vouchers may be applied to the the gift card. Gift card(s) may apply for our promotional treatment services and/or promotional package services, however it has to be within the monthly specials with conditions of no discount vouchers applied. Gift cards(s) apply to services and products.

  • Social Media Competition

Competition opens and closes on stipulated date. Competition is open to the whole public.  By entering the competition, all participants accept and agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. To enter a competition, follow the instructions on the post. Winner will be chosen randomly off either on Facebook or Instagram. Only one winner may be chosen, out of the two social media platforms will be selected for the final prize draw.

The prize is not transferable, and by all means may not be exchanged for cash nor does it apply to certain services and promotions that are already discounted. Once the decision has been made, it is strictly finalised by Safyre Smooth. If the winner does not email their details one day after the competitions closes, the prize will be forfeited to a runner-up.

The winner may be required to take part in publicity and participation in the competition is conditional upon agreement to take part in such publicity. Participants will not be entitled to any payment or other remuneration for any such publicity or otherwise. Should prevailing circumstance or stock shortages prevent prize fulfillment; Safyre Smooth reserves the right to substitute the prize with any other prize of comparable commercial value.
